This course is designed to assist tertiary staff and lecturers, who wish to incorporate the latest ICT technology available in their online courses, to move to a blended learning approach by integrating online learning into their courses.

Critical reflections and different theoretical and practical explanations of learning will enable educators to develop critical reflective skills and clarify the assumptions that underpin practice.

This course will enable participants to examine theories through observation, reflection and analysis of their own teaching and learning, while applying these skills in creating a course.
